Prices

All prices are displayed TTC (all taxes included) in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Bakero reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Reservation

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Products can be reserved with a 50% advance payment. Reserved items cannot be exchanged or changed. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 7 days of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy conditions.

Warranty

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are handled through our customer support team via WhatsApp or our official support channels. We will do our best to resolve any issue fairly and promptly.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
