Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Tanger, Tétouan, Casablanca, Rabat…): within 24 hours
- Other regions: 24 to 48 hours
- Remote / southern areas: 48 to 72 hours
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and order volume.
Delivery Cost
A fixed delivery fee of 30 MAD applies to all orders.
Free shipping is offered on orders containing more than 3 items.
Click & Collect
You can collect your order for free from any of our 9 boutiques in Tanger and Tétouan. Your order will be ready within 24 hours of placement.
Please present your order confirmation at the counter. Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your delivery in real time.
Failed Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our partner will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times per day over 3 days. Delivery can also be arranged at your workplace or another convenient location upon request.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within Morocco only. International shipping will be announced at a later date.
