What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure bank transfers. Additional payment methods will be available soon.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a fixed fee of 30 MAD for all orders across Morocco. Orders containing more than 3 items qualify for free shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We deliver fast across Morocco:

  • Major cities (Tanger, Tétouan, Casablanca, Rabat...): within 24 hours
  • Other regions: 24 to 48 hours
  • Remote / southern areas: 48 to 72 hours
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes. You can modify or cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, even if it has already been paid. Simply contact our support team as soon as possible.

Can I reserve a product and pay later?

Yes. You can reserve any item by paying a 50% advance. We will hold it for you and ship it once the remaining balance is completed. Please note that reserved items cannot be exchanged or changed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can follow your order in real time from our store to your door.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

No worries ! Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times per day over 3 days. We can also arrange delivery at your workplace or another convenient location.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Can I exchange my size?

Absolutely. Size exchanges are available both in-store and for online orders. Contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange based on availability.

How do I choose the right shoe size?

We recommend going with your usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one for extra comfort. Our size guide is also available on each product page, and our team is happy to help before you order.

Are your products made from genuine leather?

Yes — where specified. Each product page clearly states the materials used so you always know exactly what you are buying.

I love a product but it's sold out, will it come back?

We restock popular items when possible, but it is not guaranteed for every product. Follow us on social media or contact our team to be notified when a specific item is back in stock.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, wrong size, or a defect), we cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

Do you ship outside Morocco?

Not yet ! Currently deliver within Morocco only. International shipping is something we are actively working on and will announce soon.
