You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging or tags
• Any item not in its original condition

Return Shipping Cost

• Our error (wrong item, wrong size, or defect): we cover all return shipping costs
• Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or an alternative agreed solution.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Size exchanges are available both in-store and for online orders. Contact our support team and we will arrange the exchange based on product availability.
